RETURNS, EXCHANGES & SHIPPING
We’re committed to shipping your order so fast it’ll make your head spin! Orders will be shipped same day, or next day if the order comes in later in the day past postal hours. Our domestic shipping is always free and will be shipped either USPS First Class Mail if your order is under 1 lb, or USPS Priority Mail if over 1 lb. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking info so you can follow your package’s progress. Expedited shipping options are available at the customer’s expense. International shipping also available!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item in like new condition within 30 days from the date of purchase, no questions asked! Just send us an email at email@example.com indicating your preference and we’ll help you take it from there!
If you have your packing slip, you can include that in your return shipment, but if not, no worries, we’ll make it work for you! If you do, simply indicate on your packing slip the item(s) to be exchanged and the item/size you would like in replacement and contact us for the return shipping address.
If you no longer have your packing slip, any old piece of paper will do, just be sure to include the above information and your name and address! The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, but your replacement item will be sent to you free of charge!
You’re welcome to return your like-new item for a full refund within 30 days. If you’d like to do so, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll give you all the details!
Your refund will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns!
